*Coordinate and lead the review and preparation of all public filings and reports under U.S. and Canadian securities laws, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, proxy statements, 8-Ks, Section 16 filings, Form SDs, and equivalent Canadian filings, as well as NASDAQ and TSX filings. *Provide legal support and advice to senior management and, as necessary, the Board of Directors, on corporate governance matters, including disclosure and reporting obligations. *Advise on equity compensation matters and assist with the administration of the Company’s equity-based compensation plans, including stock and incentive plans and related agreements
